In order to support our sustainable goals and to avoid transportation wastage we have no return policy, which means you have to choose your sizes properly as we don't have a return policy. Most of our products are unisex and check the size chart before purchasing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the product is incorrect , damaged or defective in this case return request should be raised within 2 days by writing a mail to us at team.udesign3@gmail.com. with clear photos or videos along with the complete detail of damage or defect. If found suitable then replacement deliveries will be done within 10 business days of approval of return by us.
Exceptional Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
